Data deletion
Remove your Endeavor account and all associated data from our systems.
How to request deletion
- Automatic (Facebook users): open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Endeavor (or the app name your admin sees in Meta for Developers), and click Remove. Facebook will notify us automatically and we'll purge your data within 30 days.
- Email request: if you didn't sign up with Facebook, or you want to delete data from a non-Facebook signup, send an email to support@cloutfinder.com from the email address on your account, subject “Delete my data”. We'll confirm within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account (email, name, password hash, phone, preferences)
- Every connected social account (Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads) and its stored tokens
- Every post you scheduled, published, or drafted through the app
- Every video pool, clip job, auto-clip campaign, and folder you created
- Every uploaded file (videos, images, custom outros)
- Every audit-log row and activity record we retain
We keep transactional payment records only where legally required (tax / accounting). Those records contain no linkage to your social accounts or content.
Timeline
Deletion completes within 30 days of the confirmed request. Once Meta's callback flags the request, your account is immediately deactivated (no further posting or logins) even before the underlying data is purged.
